The latest reports suggest that Real Madrid are ready to give the green light to Mastantuono’s exit on loan this summer, but with no buy option clause. It will be a straight loan similar to that of similar of Brazilian forward Endrick in January, who went to Lyon. Mastantuono scored three goals and provided one assist in 33 appearances during his maiden season in Madrid. Reports suggest that new Fulham boss Álvaro Arbeloa, who was interim manager at Real Madrid last term, wants to bring Mastantuono to Craven Cottage. The West London club need some serious investment in their ageing squad – especially considering two of their best players last season in Harry Wilson and Raúl Jiménez have already left this summer. Mastantuono would provide some younger blood, get good minutes, and Arbeloa knows his game well.

It's hard to think of Real Madrid and Juventus and not picture Zinédine Zidane… no pressure kid. The Italian giants have been one of the clubs linked with a loan move for Mastantuono. After struggling last season and missing out on Champions League football, Juventus need to start accumulating a better strike rate with transfers.
