Inter’s interest in several Roma players is growing.
According toL’Interista, the Nerazzurri are closely monitoring the situation of several Roma players: not only Manu Koné, who they already pursued last year, but also Gianluca Mancini, Mile Svilar, and Lorenzo Pellegrini.
Regarding Svilar, there are currently no concrete developments: Inter are focused on negotiations for Vicario.
The situation is different for Koné, who could face a full-blown attack from the Nerazzurri management this summer.
The midfielder represents a specific request from Cristian Chivu, who is looking to strengthen the midfield with a dynamic and high-quality player.
Mancini and Pellegrini are also closely monitored, as both are linked to contract renewal talks. After the match against Inter, Roma put negotiations for player renewals on hold.
The most sensitive case is that of the Giallorossi captain: Pellegrini’s contract expires in June and, without a renewal, he could be released on a free transfer.
Chivu considers Pellegrini an ideal candidate to succeed Mkhitaryan, thanks to his balance of experience and quality.
However, a potential transfer to Inter would only be possible on a free transfer and with a financial agreement revised downwards compared to the player’s current salary.
