It kicks off at 20:45 CET (19:45 BST) at the Stadio Meazza in San Siro, Milan.
The Nerazzurri are the Serie A table leaders with a nine-point lead over second-placed Napoli, but come to this match without the injured Lautaro Martinez and Yann Bisseck, while Bastoni will be rested to regain full fitness, and Petar Sucic is suspended.
Italian sources, including Sky Sport Italia, claim that Italy international Pio Esposito is favourite over Ange-Yoan Bonny for a starting spot in attack alongside Thuram.
There’s a doubt in central midfield as well, with Piotr Zielinski or Henrikh Mkhitaryan starting alongside Nicolò Barella and Hakan Calhanoglu.
Mattia Felici, Riyad Idrissi, Leonardo Pavoletti and Luca Mazzitelli are unavailable for Cagliari, where Gennaro Borrelli or Semih Kılıçsoy will start alongside Sebastiano Esposito, Pio Esposito’s brother, in attack.
