Hosts Genoa are looking to make it three wins in a row in Serie A following back-to-back 2-1 wins over Sassuolo and Pisa over the last two weeks.

Como haven’t won in any competition in over a month after a disappointing run of results including a 0-0 draw against Udinese, a 4-3 loss against Inter in the league, a 2-1 defeat by Sassuolo last weekend and the midweek 3-2 loss against Inter in the second leg of the Coppa Italia semi-final.

They are now in sixth place and five points off the top four with five games left to play this season.

Despite their victory last weekend, Genoa have still made some personnel changes to their team to face Como. Sebastian Otoa, Morten Frendrup, Mikael Ellertsson and Vitinha all come back into the starting XI.

Fabregas has made two changes to his line-up following the midweek cup defeat against Inter, with Ivan Smolcic and Diao coming back into the side in place of Ignace van der Brempt and Marc-Oliver Kempf.

Kick-off is due at 14.00 BST.
