This is a huge match for the title race, as the winner will be in a position to keep up the pace with leaders Inter and pressure them to the end.
Napoli must do without Hojlund
Hojlund was set to start his 30th game in a row for Napoli, but there were reports this afternoon that he was struggling for fitness.
Details were scarce, it was assumed he had sustained an injury on international duty with Denmark, but Sky Sport Italia now confirm it is a different matter.
Hojlund started feeling ill last night with a high fever, vomiting and stomach bug, he is still not in any fit condition to play, so is likely to not even be on the bench tonight.
The 23-year-old was their top scorer with 14 goals and four assists in 37 competitive games.
It’s a devastating blow for Antonio Conte, who was already missing Romelu Lukaku, David Neres, Antonio Vergara, Giovanni Di Lorenzo and Amir Rrahmani.
Giovane is the only real striker available, although some are suggesting that Alisson Santos could be used as a False 9 instead.
