The wide striker had been a €21.1m plus up to €7m add-ons signing from Villarreal in 2023, but flopped badly and failed to make an impact at San Siro.
Chukwueze scored just eight goals and assisted six more in 70 official appearances for the Rossoneri.
Fulham happy with Chukwueze
He was loaned to Fulham in September 2025 with an option to buy at the end of the season.
Despite a not particularly impressive contribution of three goals and four assists in 19 competitive games, La Gazzetta dello Sport suggest that Fulham have decided to buy Chukwueze outright.
That could represent a significant boost for Milan’s finances, as although not quite the €30m that was rumoured initially, this should provide €24m in fresh funds.
The highlight of the Nigeria international’s Fulham career so far is the brace scored in the Premier League against Manchester City.
