Milan star Leao deactivated his Instagram account, which was followed by over seven million users, after the weekend, when he was once again booed by Rossoneri fans at San Siro.
The Portuguese’s relationship with part of the Rossoneri fanbase has fallen apart in recent weeks as fans at San Siro booed him in the last two home matches against Udinese and Juventus.
The Rossoneri star remains active on X, where he commented on PSG’s 5-4 win over Bayern Munich in the Champions League semifinal on Tuesday.
Leao used two Portuguese words to congratulate PSG and Bayern, in a message that translates into “real football”, to which he added clapping emojis.
Leao has scored ten goals and provided three assists in 28 appearances across all competitions this season, and according to Italian sources, the Rossoneri will listen to offers for him in the summer.
