Alex Mitchell says he is "buzzing" to have been named Plymouth Argyle Supporters' Player of the Season.
The central defender has played 46 times in all competitions for the Pilgrims while on a season-long loan from Charlton Athletic.
It caps off an excellent season for the 24-year-old who has been a mainstay of the Plymouth Argyle defence as they aim for the final League One play-off place.
"I've been on loan quite a few times and my approach to it is I'm going to act as a permanent player, proper dive into it and live the Plymouth life a bit," he told BBC Radio Devon.
"That's what I've been doing and I've done it every loan where I've been at – when I was at Lincoln, when I was in Scotland and it's been really good over my career.
"So to win it on loan, I've not seen a loan player win it, so it just shows how good the fans have been to me to vote for me."

- Plymouth sign Charlton defender Mitchell on loan
Mitchell's spell at Home Park is the former Millwall player's fifth loan in his career.
He previously had temporary spells at Lincoln City, St Johnstone, Leyton Orient and Bromley before joining Charlton in the summer of 2024 on a three-year deal.
"I really enjoyed my loan at Lincoln, I thought that was unreal and Lincoln's always got a special place in my heart, but I think this has probably topped it, if I'm being honest," he said of his time at Argyle.
"I think the way that people have taken to me here, I've never seen anything like it. I think it just works.
"You don't realise how much people care about this club until you properly come down here.
"You hear from other lads how mad this club is, and then when you actually come down here, it's a different ball game, it's a Premier League-supported club in League One, so it's brilliant.
"On the pitch it's the most I've ever played. I've played a lot of games that have been quite important
"Every loan's different, every loan I feel like you're trying to learn something, but I feel like this loan I've tried to be a bit of a leader, a bit of a mainstay and I think this loan for my career will probably be the best one."
Mitchell 'grateful' for Cleverley impact
Mitchell has already said how he would consider a permanent move to Argyle, should a deal between Charlton and the Pilgrims be agreed over the summer.
He says he has particularly thrived under the leadership of Argyle boss Tom Cleverley.
The former Manchester United, Everton and England midfielder is coming to the end of his first season in charge at Argyle.
He has led a resurgence in form over the past five months that has seen the club rise from the bottom of League One to being two places and two points off the play-off places with a game to go.
"I think he's probably the coach who's developed me the most on the ball and defending-wise," Mitchell said.
"If you look at the player I was when I first came here compared to where I am now, I think there's a lot of improvement and it's something I'll forever be grateful for him for.
"I think his man management, the way he's dealt with stuff I've had going on and stuff that other lads have had going on, there hasn't been a better way to handle it.
"You see some managers being not great with it but he's been outstanding, he's given lads time, he's put family first, he's put lads over himself.
"I'm obviously 24, Tom Cleverley's played for England, so who am I to say anything? "But I just think he's a brilliant manager and I can't really speak highly enough about him to be honest with you."
