Cristian Chivu’s transformation of Inter has revitalised three players who struggled under Simone Inzaghi but played an instrumental role in the Nerazzurri’s domestic double this season.
Inter beat Lazio 2-0 in the Coppa Italia Final on Wednesday, securing a deserved domestic double.
It’s a special achievement for the Nerazzurri boss, Chivu, who is in his first full season as a Serie A coach.
The Nerazzurri’s Coppa Italia Final victory accurately reflected domestic domination this term, especially in the second half of the campaign.
