The 26-year-old forward is set to witness club captain Silva leave the club at the end of the season and in a recent sit-down with the All Out Football podcast, Semenyo has revealed that he often sees the Portugal international get bullied by his teammates.

Semenyo: I don’t know why Bernardo gets bullied!

“He gets bullied a lot in the changing room, I don’t know why. A lot of the boys do it. (Why?) What he wears to training. It’s not even bad, it’s just very casual,” Semenyo said on Silva.

“I’m walking into the canteen, and I can see him in the corridor getting put in a headlock. I’m like, ‘Ah bless him!’. He hasn’t even done anything. It’s not by one person, it’s by three or four so he’s got no chance!”

Silva has been one of Guardiola’s most successful signings at the Etihad Stadium and a bargain since joining from AS Monaco for Β£43 million in 2017, winning six Premier League titles and a UEFA Champions League trophy amongst a plethora of silverware.
