Prosecuted for aggravated assault on a police officer, resistance to arrest, and attempted corruption following an altercation that occurred during his vacation.
Initially sentenced to 21 months in prison with suspension, before this verdict was overturned on appeal, he was ultimately retried 6 years later, after several postponements of his trial.
The Manchester United defender is expected to appeal this new decision.
