One of the standout breakthrough players of the Ligue 1 season, FC Lorient’s Pablo Pagis (19) is in high demand on the transfer market.
RC Lens, Stade Rennais, Olympique Lyonnais and Paris FC are all reportedly interested in the Merlus’ attacking midfielder, according to Ouest-France. The latter, which has significant financial resources, would even like to make him one of the key figures in its project, viewing the 19-year-old as a real opportunity in the transfer market.
Under contract with Lorient until June 2027, Pagis is reportedly valued by the club at around €25 million. And whilst the club would obviously like to extend his contract, a sale during the upcoming summer transfer window is looking increasingly inevitable.
Having started 24 of the 30 matches he has played since the start of the season, the Montbéliard-born player has proved decisive on 13 occasions, scoring 10 goals and providing three assists.
