De Zerbi’s Tottenham Hotspur have set their sights on two key players from the Giallorossi squad ahead of next season.
According to Calciomercato.it, Tottenham Hotspur have set their sights on two Roma players: goalkeeper Mile Svilar and midfielder Lorenzo Pellegrini.
As for Svilar, the Serbian-Belgian goalkeeper, who arrived in Rome on a free transfer, is valued at around €50 million. His departure could represent a significant gain for Roma, also in terms of Financial Fair Play.
Lorenzo Pellegrini, on the other hand, finds himself in a different situation.
His contract with Roma expires in June 2026, but a renewal still seems a long way off.
To continue wearing the Giallorossi jersey, the midfielder would have to accept a significant reduction in his salary.
The decision, however, will largely depend on the English club’s survival in the Premier League.
With their latest victory, Tottenham have temporarily climbed out of the relegation zone, overtaking West Ham with 37 points, now one point behind Spurs.
