Roshn Saudi League leaders Al Nassr took home two more monthly awards on Friday, as the Saudi top flight recognised the club’s push for the title.

Jorge Jesus was named Manager of the Month after guiding his team to six wins across Matchweek 25-30, including Wednesday’s thrilling 2-0 victory against championship rivals Al Ahli. Jesus, the 2023-24 RSL Manager of the Season with Al Hilal, retains the honour he collected for February.

Given the most recent FIFA international break, the latest monthly awards cover six matchweeks going back to March 5.

Al Nassr’s potentially decisive triumph at home to Al Ahli extended their club-record winning run in the RSL to 16 matches, while it also stretched their advantage over second-placed Al Hilal to eight points with four full rounds to play.

Helping massively to Al Nassr’s sustained title bid, Bento scooped Goalkeeper of the Month. The Brazil international, expected to go with his national team to this summer’s FIFA World Cup, kept five clean sheets in six matches to, like Jesus, hold onto the award from February.

With only 21 goals conceded this season, Al Nassr boast the meanest defence in the division.

There was also recognition for two consistent performers this term, with Valentin Vada named Player of the Month for April and Abdulaziz Al Elewa picking up another Young Player award.

Enjoying his first season in the RSL, Damac playmaker Vada registered six goal contributions in April – four goals, two assists – as the Khamis Mushait side picked up three wins to keep just above the relegation zone.

Meanwhile, Al Elewa maintained this fantastic breakout campaign with a goal and an assist to play his part in Al Kholood’s bid for survival. It marked the Saudi Arabia international’s fourth 2025-26 RSL Young Player of the Month nod.
