It kicks off at 20:45 (19:45 BST) at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome.

Tension is mounting in the capital with a public dispute between Roma coach Gasperini and senior advisor Claudio Ranieri.

Gasperini said on Friday that he was surprised by Ranieri’s remarks, then ended his press conference in tears while talking about his time at Atalanta.

The likes of Artem Dovbyk, Evan Ferguson, Paulo Dybala, Lorenzo Pellegrini, Manu Konè and Wesley are still unavailable for Roma, while Atalanta have travelled to the capital without Isak Hien and Francesco Rossi.

Niccolò Pisilli is not fully fit for the Giallorossi, so Stephan El Shaarawy is expected to start as an attacking midfielder alongside Matias Soulé.

Scorer of 10 goals in 12 Serie A matches since his move from Aston Villa in January, Donyell Malen will start as a sole striker in the Roma attack.

Atalanta coach Raffaele Palladino has some doubts up front, with either Gianluca Scamacca or Nikola Krstovic set to get the nod, and Giacomo Raspadori potentially returning to the starting XI in place of Nicola Zalewski.
