💥 GOLAZO Vitinha, Montipò's mistake
At the 60th minute, Vitinha unlocks the match. The forward, just entered in place of Ekuban, recovers the ball from Belghali and without a second thought shoots from 30 meters.
A very powerful shot that surprises Montipò, whose responsibilities are clear. Despite the power of the shot, the trajectory was central. Positional error by the Hellas goalkeeper.
📉 1st half slow, Akpa-Akpro's crossbar the only thrill
The first half of the match offers very few thrills. The visitors, despite a theoretically very offensive lineup dictated by the simultaneous use of Malinovskyi and Messias in midfield, hardly ever threaten, unlike what was seen with Roma.
In fact, Verona is more dangerous, coming close to scoring after 3 minutes with Akpa Akpro hitting the crossbar.
✅ The official line-ups
