Strahinja Pavlovic insists that there is no such thing as a favourite when it comes to the Derby della Madonnina, believes that Milan have what it takes to beat Inter despite being 10 points off them in Serie A, and has spoken about his personal improvement since the appointment of Massimiliano Allegri: ‘I’ve started paying attention to little details that I hadn’t even considered before’.
The Rossoneri defender sat down for an in-depth interview with La Gazzetta dello Sport ahead of the upcoming Derby della Madonnina between the league leading Nerazzurri and the second-placed Milan on Sunday evening.
“Inter are ahead of us in the standings but maybe they’ll play with less pressure than us. The derby is a story within itself: Every one is different from the other. I expect a game with a lot of fight and I hope we win.”
