“We must cultivate emerging talents, because they will always come up. My proposal is the following: what if we required that EVERY SERIE A TEAM HAD A UNDER-19 PLAYER ON THE FIELD?
This would require each team to have around four available. That adds up to 80 young players to support and help strengthen.
Maybe none of them are good at Juventus, but perhaps someone emerges from Cremonese. That would strengthen the national team.” 🧠
