He left Arsenal to join Porto on loan in September with an obligation to buy for around £23M.
That deal included a 7.5% sell-on clause meaning if Porto decide to sell Kiwior, even after buying him out of contractual obligation, Arsenal could be due around £2M-£3M of any agreed fee.
