Huddersfield Town have reported a pre-tax loss of £22.4m for the 2024-25 season, up to 30 June 2025.
The Terriers finished 10th in League One last season, their first campaign back in the third tier after being relegated from the Championship.
The club reported a drop in revenue from £18.16m to £10.63m, a decrease of 41%.
As a result, although the amount spent on wages went from £23m to £16.9m, this still reflected wages being 159% of the club's revenue.
American businessman Kevin Nagle took over the West Yorkshire side in the summer of 2023.
In the time since, Town, who had two seasons in the Premier League between 2017 and 2019, have had six different managers and dropped down to League One for the first time since 2012.
They are three points off the play-offs with five matches to play.
