Dovbyk suffers injury in Lecce clash after scoring goal
Artem Dovbyk’s match against Lecce was both a mixed bag.
The Ukrainian striker came on in the 60th minute in place of Ferguson, and a few minutes later scored Roma’s 2-0 goal.
However, with just minutes remaining, the striker was forced to withdraw due to a muscle problem.
The injury is still being determined, but there’s considerable concern at Roma.
Dovbyk had recently returned from a long-term injury that had kept him out for nearly two months.
Furthermore, transfer rumors surrounding his departure had become increasingly prevalent in recent days.
