Lorne Bickley scored twice as Jersey Bulls consolidated fourth place in Isthmian League South East after a 4-0 win at VCD Athletic.
Bulls’ top scorer took his tally to 21 goals for the season as the island side maintained their unbeaten record in 2026.
The result means Bulls have a six-point buffer between themselves and Faversham Town – who are the first side outside the play-off places – with four games to go.
The striker got his first when he blasted home a 10th-minute Rai Dos Santos pass before curling home an effort from inside the box 10 minutes later.
Miguel Carvalho showed good footwork before firing low into the bottom corner from the edge of the box to make it 3-0 11 minutes after the interval.
The win was completed 11 minutes from full time when substitute Fraser Barlow cut in from the right and fed the onrushing Joe Kilshaw who finished well from inside the box.
Ewan Brodie had a fifth goal disallowed for a foul in the build up shortly after the hosts had seen captain Ben Fitchett sent off for a second booking.
Bulls will hope to keep their good form going on Easter Monday when they host bottom of the table East Grinstead Town at Springfield.
