๐จ๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ฅ๓ ฎ๓ ง๓ ฟ๐ฃ Wayne Rooney believes Manchester City WILL be relegated and has called for the harshest possible punishment following the guilty verdict:
โI do think weโre going to see City getting relegated.”
โIโd put them in the lowest league they can go in and then put restrictions on them in terms of how much money they can spend for the next three or four seasons.”
โFor instance, if they got a 20-point deduction for the next three years then players wonโt want to stay there.”
โIโd go as big as I can really.โ
