‼️Chelsea aren’t desperate to sell Fernandez. They recognise his value, having paid £106m themselves after the last World Cup, and say they would be happy if he is still with them next season.
They insist they will not sell him this summer for less than they think he is worth.
‼️ Xabi Alonso does not start work officially until July 1, but has been unofficially involved in ongoing discussions with his sporting directors and owners since being appointed.
‼️After missing out on European football entirely, Chelsea are working to ensure it does not happen again and know how crucial it is that they don’t make mistakes this summer in the transfer window.
