Gian Piero Gasperini is remarkably relaxed as Roma go into their must-win trip to Verona for a Champions League spot. ‘We just need to play our game.’
It kicks off at the Stadio Bentegodi at 19.45 UK time (20.45 CEST).

The Giallorossi put themselves in a strong position with victory in the Derby della Capitale over rivals Lazio, also taking advantage of Juventus suffering a shock 2-0 home defeat to Fiorentina.
It means if they win here today, then it will guarantee qualification for the Champions League and a top four Serie A finish.
However, although Verona were relegated weeks ago, they have drawn three of their last four games, including against Juve and Inter.
Gasperini confident for Roma
“There was excitement, but also calm, because we are aware that we’ve had a good season and winning the derby was also reassuring. Now there is the final step and it would be positive for everyone,” Gasperini told DAZN Italia.
“We’ll see how the game goes, but we always stay true to our characteristics. Verona are causing difficulties for every opponent despite their relegation, we know how tough this will be, but that just adds to our motivation.”
Wesley is suspended following his red card against Lazio, with Evan Ndicka, Bryan Zaragoza, Lorenzo Pellegrini and Evan Ferguson injured.
“We just need to get out there and play our game, because I feel the right concentration in the team,” concluded Gasperini.
