SportMediaset claims that Cambiaso is a player that Hansi Flick appreciates due to his positional and tactical versatility and that negotiations between Juventus and Barcelona could take off in the coming weeks.
The 26-year-old had been subject of transfer interest from Manchester City during the 2024-25 season, reports at the time claiming Juventus were after a fee in the region of €70m.
The most recent updates suggest that the Bianconeri are inclined to listen to offers in the region of €50m this time around, aware of the fact that they may have to lower their demands without Champions League football next season.
Cambiaso signed a five-year contract extension with Juventus at the end of the 2024-25 season and is reportedly on wages worth around €2.5m per season. He has three years remaining on that deal, expiring in June of 2029.
Cambiaso has featured in all 35 of the Serie A matches he has been available for this season, starting in 34 of them and only missing two through suspension heading into the final round of 2025-26 fixtures this weekend. He has chipped in with three goals and four assists in the league this campaign.
