We finally have the schedule for the Serie A Week 37 games, which will all be on Sunday May 17 starting from 11.00 UK time (12.00 CEST).
The fixture list was in total chaos for several days, as the final two rounds must have teams vying for the same objective playing simultaneously.
This is to ensure there is no unfair advantage from knowing the results of their rivals for position.
As the fight for the Champions League spots is so incredibly tight, this means Roma, Juventus, Milan, Como and Napoli all had to play at the same time.
Following days of arguments, rulings and over-rulings from various authorities, this evening they finally reached an agreement.
Roma vs. Lazio, Juventus vs. Fiorentina, Genoa vs. Milan, Como vs. Parma and Pisa vs. Napoli all kick off at the highly unusual time of 11.00 UK (12.00 CEST).
This is to provide a gap from the Rome Derby to the Italian Open men’s single’s tennis final at the Foro Italico, right next to the Stadio Olimpico, on Sunday at 16.00 UK (17.00 CEST).
The games for the relegation battle will all be played at 19.45 UK (20.45 CEST), while Inter-Verona is in the afternoon and includes the Serie A trophy ceremony, followed by an open-top bus parade through the city.
