Inter President Giuseppe Marotta has been the real dominator of Italian football in recent years, having won 23 domestic trophies since 2011-12, and in the last six years, he has spent less than Liverpool did in the 2025-26 campaign alone.

Juventus’ nine-year domination of Serie A and the subsequent six seasons in which defending champions failed to defend their crown have one thing in common: Beppe Marotta.
