Barcelona are actively seeking reinforcements in the attacking unit heading into the summer transfer window.
The club are keen on adding more competition for the likes of Lamine Yamal and Raphinha. And with Marcus Rashford’s permanent move far from certain, the club are looking out for new options.
Ez Abde, Victor Munoz and Andreas Schjelderup are some of the names to emerge as potential options for the Blaugrana.
Barcelona interested in Anthony Gordon
According to Mundo Deportivo, Barcelona are keeping an eye on yet another talented winger in the form of Anthony Gordon.
Currently plying his trade for Newcastle United, Gordon has been one of the rising stars in the Premier League this season, racking up 17 goals and five assists in all competitions.
Reports from other Spanish sources, including Diario SPORT suggest Gordon’s agent has recently met with Barcelona’s sporting director, Deco.

The Englishman has always been on Barcelona’s shortlist and the club are now interested in the services of the Newcastle United frontman.
However, the biggest obstacle for the Catalans will be his price-tag, as Gordon is valued somewhere around €85 million.
It is a steep figure for a club currently going through a sustained economic crisis and do not have room for financial manoeuvre.
Moreover, Newcastle United have no intention to offloading their star player, helped by the fact that the club are backed by Saudi money.
Barcelona, for their part, are expected to face stiff competition from Bayern Munich, who are going after the Englishman in a serious manner, as they continue to poach talents from the Premier League.
