Nico Paz and Martin Baturina start for high-flying Como, as fifth welcome second-placed Napoli with Scott McTominay, Kevin De Bruyne and Rasmus Hojlund.

McTominay, Stanislav Lobotka and Matteo Politano are in midfield, with De Bruyne and Alisson Santos supporting Hojlund.

The only change from the side that beat Cremonese is Sam Beukema replacing Matias Olivera in defence.

Napoli were knocked out of the Coppa Italia quarter-final by Como in a penalty shoot-out in February, and haven’t beaten them since a 3-1 home result in October 2024.
