Midfielder Oliver Norburn is determined to make up for his costly run of red cards by trying to ensure Notts County are promoted from League Two.
The 33-year-old was sent off twice in three appearances in March, with both matches ending in defeat for the Magpies.
He was first sent off for throwing a boot away in Notts’ defeat by Chesterfield before again seeing red against Oldham Athletic for two bookable offences.
Asked if it was frustrating to sit out a number of crucial games because of suspensions, Norburn said: "Of course, especially after a moment of stupidity for the first one.
"The second one I felt a tad unfortunate, but probably with my experience I should have known better.
"Mistakes happen and it's about how you respond. And I'm fully focused on responding by doing the best I can because obviously I care. I'm a winner and I want to be successful.
"I don't want to look too much in the past. I want to look forward and concentrate on what I can bring to the team… and help this group achieve something special."

Norburn was back for the Magpies on Monday when they beat Newport County to move up to third and into the automatic promotion places with four matches remaining.
On Saturday, they face the Cambridge United side they moved above just days earlier.
"There's a lot at stake, but you have to thrive off this type of pressure," Norburn said.
"You have got to enjoy it, this is what football is about – you are trying to achieve something.
"There will still be twists and turns in this [season]. We have just got to fully concentrate on ourselves and look after our own business."
